Book Launch .

Two years of designing a large selection of drawings and text are now completed and I present them to you as two digital eBooks that can be purchased on Amazon.

RationAllLies, contains ninety-one colour illustrations, each with a short text. The first chapter has philosophical statements and general observations told with jokes and riddles. The humor in this book reinforces my view on the need to be opinionated, just because it’s far more fun than any other option we have.

The second chapter is a journey of an artist as he faces the challenges of being a foreigner in his adoptive country, a modern tale that ultimately draws on our search for happiness.

Be-The-Cause, is eighty-three pages of illustrations and slogans. The drawings in this book will take you back to the great tradition of silent storytelling as you, the viewer, chooses an interpretation. On the other hand, the written slogans will challenge you on the double meaning of words and their complexity. Do they have a cynical view, to make us feel like fools? You be the judge!

The Accordeoniste .

This year, since coming back from Europe, I have decided to drown my sorrows by playing the accordion.
And therefore this website looks much better while listening to the sweet sound of the accordion. The great players of the 1920’s to the 1940’s.

Cette année, depuis mon retour d'Europe, j'ai décidé de noyer mon chagrin en jouant de l'accordéon.
Et donc ce site est beaucoup plus jolie en écoutant le doux son de l'accordéon. Les grands joueurs des années 1920 aux années 1940.

With titles like ”When I’m alone I like to con-temp-late” and “Po-E-Try” I’ve taken inspiration from nostalgic black and white movies and combined the image with daily emotion and human observation. The theme of the new show is “We are similar creatures.”
